Digital Product Licence & Usage Policy

1. Licence Grant
After successful purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
2. Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, you may:
- Download the purchased product
- Store a copy for your own use
- Use the product for personal projects
- Use the product for your own business
- Use templates to create your own website or business materials where the product licence permits it
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell the original files
- Redistribute the product
- Share download links
- Upload products to public file-sharing platforms
- Give the files away as standalone resources
- Claim the original product as your own creation
- Sublicense the product
- Create a competing product from the original files where prohibited
- Sell the product as a standalone asset
- Share paid resources with people who have not purchased them
4. Templates
For templates, your licence generally permits you to use the template to create an end product for yourself or your business.
The template itself remains protected intellectual property.
If a specific template permits client use or multiple projects, those permissions will be stated on its product page.
5. Canva Products
Canva templates may require a Canva account.
You are responsible for complying with Canva’s applicable terms and licence requirements.
Third-party fonts, images, graphics and other assets included or referenced in a template may have their own licence restrictions.
6. WordPress and Elementor Products
WordPress and Elementor products may require compatible versions of WordPress, Elementor, themes or plugins.
Compatibility is not guaranteed indefinitely because third-party software changes over time.
7. AI Resources and Prompt Packs
Prompt packs and AI resources provide instructions, frameworks or resources intended to assist with AI-based workflows.
We do not guarantee that:
- A prompt will always produce the same output
- AI services will always produce a specific result
- A third-party AI platform will remain available
- AI-generated results will always be accurate
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it commercially or publicly.
8. Updates
Updates are provided only where stated on the individual product page.
A product purchase does not automatically guarantee lifetime updates.
9. Copyright
All original content, templates, guides, designs and resources remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
